A leading manufacturer of premium refrigeration products is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive operational excellence across its manufacturing operations. What You’ll Do As a Process Improvement Engineer
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
  • Analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and cost-reduction opportunities
  • Drive Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standard Work, and visual management initiatives
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve quality and reduce downtime
  • Track and analyze KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost
  • Partner with engineering, production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to implement improvements
  • Support new product introductions (NPI) and manufacturing process validation
  • Facilitate Kaizen events and training sessions to build a culture of continuous improvement
  • Contribute to capital planning, equipment improvements, and long-term operational strategy
What You Bring As a Process Improvement Engineer
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Quality Engineering
  • 2–5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Engineering, or Quality Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Six Sigma Green Belt required (Black Belt preferred)
  • Experience leading improvement projects in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with ISO quality systems and performance metrics
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Hands-on mindset with a strong presence on the production floor
