Baseball Coach

Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Baseball Coach to inspire and develop young athletes in a dynamic sports environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in sports coaching, collegiate or professional play, and working with children. Responsibilities

• Plan and lead baseball practices and games, ensuring skill development and team cohesion
• Teach fundamental baseball techniques, rules, and sportsmanship to players of various ages and skill levels
• Monitor safety during practices and games, enforcing proper behavior and safety protocols
• Provide constructive feedback to players to encourage improvement and confidence
• Manage behavior and maintain a positive environment conducive to learning and fun
• Collaborate with parents, staff, and other coaches to support player growth and team success
• Organize team activities, drills, and conditioning exercises tailored to age groups
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy competition among players

Experience

• Prior experience in sports coaching, collegiate or professional play or related fields is preferred
• Experience working with children or students in educational or recreational settings is highly desirable
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques to foster discipline and positive conduct
• Familiarity with coaching baseball

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
