About the Role

• Teach and support a class of 12–14 ESN students (grade levels vary by placement)
• Develop and implement IEPs that truly reflect each student’s needs and goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff
• Focus on academic, behavioral, and life skills in an inclusive, supportive environment
• Use Liri AI to reduce paperwork and increase your time for real connection

What You’ll Need

• California Education Specialist Credential (Mild/Moderate or Extensive Support Needs)
• Experience working with students in specialized programs
• Strong communication, adaptability, and a heart for inclusive education

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $55 – $75/hour depending on experience
