Overview

We are seeking passionate and energetic Football Coaches to join our Football program. These exciting roles offer the opportunity to inspire and develop High School athletes through engaging coaching sessions, fostering teamwork, discipline, and a love for the game. The 2025 San Fernando High School American Football program has coaching position openings for the following coaching positions: Strength and Conditioning coach, Wide receivers, Running backs, Linebackers, and Quarterback coach. Must have excellent communication skills, and the ability to exhibit patience, and real commitment. Must have at least 3 years of playing or coaching experience. Great opportunity for former JUCO players who did not move on to the next level and are looking for coaching experience opportunities. Must be able to pass a DOJ background check. Responsibilities

• Lead football practices that emphasize skill development, strategy, and sportsmanship
• Plan and execute engaging practices that incorporate fundamental techniques, game rules, and teamwork exercises
• Monitor player progress, provide constructive feedback, and tailor coaching approaches to individual needs
• Maintain clear communication with head coach regarding player development and upcoming activities

Skills

• Proven experience at specific position of expertise with a focus on development and proper technique
• Background in coaching position of expertise
